The First Development Site is composed of the First and Second Industrial Parks.
The 64-hectare First Industrial Park is located in San Ramon, which is about 22 kilometers west of the city proper.

To date, 15 registered locators are enjoying the perks of doing business in the zone. These locators are from varied industries such as facilities operator, trading, food processing and canning, manufacturing, software developing, and motorcycle assembly.
