The Seafront 664-hectare 2nd Industrial Park is the proposed site for the construction of a world class international seaport complex.

The envisioned seaport complex will have a main area of 20 hectares, with a back-up of 12.5 hectares. The single shipping berth seaport will have a length of 330 meters and a depth of 12 meters and could accommodate 3rd, 4th and 5th generation container ships.

Other developments being envisioned for this area include an 18-hole golf course, a hotel, recreational facilities, theme parks and a retirement village .
